The EYH Conference Organizer* is a tool to help you plan and organize your EYH conference. It will manage all of your conference details and enrollment information in one place and give you the reports you need to access important conference information. The conference organizer and registration assistant tool can do the following:
- Allows students to register for their workshops on-line
- Allows parents to register on-line
- Allows all workshops leaders the ability to describe their workshops and denote special equipment needs
- Assigns conference participants to EYH workshops automatically or using a manual assignment wizard
- Prints out student nametags, student schedules, confirmation postcards, and certificates of appreciation.
- Produces a wide variety of reports to help you manage your event.
- Using this new assistant is madatory for all new EYH conferences. Existing conferences have the option of using it.
At this time, the conference organizer has many limitations. We are redesigning the tool to make it more user-friendly for all conference sites. Over the past several years, we have received a lot of feedback about the tool and we’ve determined that a redesign is necessary to best meet the needs of conferences that need more customization. Before you consider using the conference organizer, we suggest you speak to the EYH/N Executive Director to see if the Conference Organizer can meet the needs of your particular EYH. She will be glad to have short conversation with you to discuss your programmatic needs.
If you have questions, do not hesitate to contact the EYH Network.
